Responsabilities and limitations of artificial intelligence use

The application uses the artificial intelligence service provided by OpenAI to generate the texts of the children's stories. While this service has been designed to provide a high-quality user experience, explicitly instructing the artificial intelligence not to generate inappropriate content for children and to adhere to the user's input parameters, it is important to note that it may have limitations or failures.

The artificial intelligence we use is based on algorithms and machine learning, which means its performance may be affected by various factors, such as the quality of training data, limitations of available computing resources, among others. As a result, the texts generated by the application may not always be accurate or fully meet the user's expectations.

It is important to highlight that while artificial intelligence is used to enhance the user experience, it is a very novel technology still in the experimental phase, and its perfect functioning cannot be guaranteed.

Considering the aforementioned, the owner of the application does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, quality, relevance, or suitability of the texts generated by artificial intelligence, and therefore, is not responsible for the results obtained through the use of artificial intelligence in the application. Consequently, users should use the information generated by the application at their own risk.

Applicable law

All these terms and conditions stated here shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with spanish laws.

Any controversy, conflict, or claim arising out of the use of the application shall be resolved by the competent courts in Spain in accordance with spanish laws. In the event of a dispute, the involved parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable means, and if those are not effective, they shall submit to the competent courts in Spain.

Account cancelation

Please note that canceling your account implies the total cancellation of the service, which will delete all your personal information, and your data will be permanently removed from the database without any possibility of recovering such information once this process is completed. However, please note that some data may remain in our records anonymously for statistical or legal compliance purposes.

If you have ever purchased a premium account in the application or made any donations, please note that no refunds, either total or partial, will be made for the amount paid before canceling your account.
